Pastor Mary F. Baltimore  is a teacher, preacher, mother and friend called and anointed by God for such a time as this. Pastor Mary labored along with her husband, Douglas E. Baltimore, Pastor and Founder of Temple of Jesus Church for 23 years as 1 st Lady. On October 4, 1998 she was license to minister the gospel; on June 11, 2000 she was publicly Ordained into the ministry and became the Co-Pastored with her husband.

The morning of her husbands passing, he (Douglas E. Baltimore) laid his hand upon her forehead and prayed for her. While doing this, he passed away onto glory. Since the passing of her husband in February 2002, Pastor Mary F. Baltimore has accepted the call of Pastor on her life and was publicly installed as Pastor by Dr. Leroy Thompson, Sr. in March 2002.

Pastor Mary shared her husband's vision for the local church for over twenty years and continues to lead God's people in bringing the awesome vision to pass. In line with the vision, Pastor Mary has established the Douglas E. Baltimore Scholarship Fund. Pastor Douglas Baltimore believed that no one should be denied an education for lack of finances. With these scholarship funds, Pastor Mary supports the college education pursuits of several scholars.

Pastor Mary's mission is to help broken people become whole again through the teaching of God's Word and by being an example setter. She believes that when we teach what it means to walk with God and to humble ourselves before Him, literally surrendering all to Christ, then healing and growth can begin. Men and women must study God's Word so they are equipped to teach others about the awesomeness of God's eternal love.

God's favor has caused Pastor Mary to be a highly sought-after speaker whose annual calendar includes engagements at numerous conferences and church seminars.

Pastor Mary was born and raised in The Plains, Virginia . She married the late Douglas Baltimore on May 26, 1969. From their union, they were blessed with five children and five grandchildren. Pastor Mary retired in June 2002 after 30 years of employment with Fairfax County Schools. She entered into full time ministry after her retirement.
